Refund Policy

At Learnette by DIYvinci, we want you to feel confident and supported in your creative learning journey. If a course isn’t what you expected, we offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible purchases.

🛍️ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• You are unsatisfied with the course content or experience

• You have not completed more than 50% of the course

• The request is made via email to hello@diyvinci.com

🚫 What’s Not Eligible

Refunds may be declined if:

• More than 50% of the course is completed

• 30 days have passed since purchase

• The request is for a bundle that has already been heavily accessed

Digital downloads or assets included in a course are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

⏳ How Refunds Work

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after approval.
